After you have secured the application form, fill-in the form with all the necessary details and submit it along with the required documents and application money.

Scrutiny
Post your decision and application form submission, the owners will do the scrutiny, refund or cancellation as deemed necessary based on the details shared by you.

Allocation
If the owners find your profile suitable post scrutiny, your apartment will be allocated based on your decision and the availability of the flats under the chosen project.
